We ship nationwide across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), as well as regionally. All packages are shipped with full door-to-door tracking enabled.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been prepared and dispatched. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
4. Delivery Addresses & Corrections
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate. If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please contact our support team via our official Contact Us page within 12 hours of placing your order. We are unable to change the shipping destination once the package has been processed or shipped.
5. Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policies.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All shipping rates and product prices listed are inclusive of tax. For deliveries within Malaysia, no additional customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes are applied upon delivery.
