At Vest.my, we aim to provide a safe, convenient, and transparent shopping experience. To ensure the highest level of security, all billing and transaction processing on our platform is handled securely. Below are the terms, accepted payment methods, and security protocols governing transactions on our website.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a wide range of secure payment options at checkout, processed through our primary payment processor:

- Digital Express Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link.
2. Billing Terms & Payment Authorizations
• Charging Timeline: Your payment method is authorized and charged immediately at the moment you confirm your order and complete the checkout process.
• Order Verification: To prevent fraud, all orders undergo security verification. If we detect inconsistencies or potential security flags, we reserve the right to temporarily hold the order and request verification, or cancel and refund the order in full.
• Transaction Currency: All prices listed on our store are settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) directly via Stripe.

- Zero Card Storage: Vest.my does not store, transmit, or have access to your raw credit card numbers or CVV codes. All card details are sent directly to our processor's secure vault.
4. Price Transparency & Fees
The price you see in the order summary at checkout is the final price you will pay. All applicable taxes are already included in the product price, and we do not charge any additional handling fees, transaction surcharges, or hidden fees. Shipping is completely FREE for orders RM 100.00 and above; a standard shipping fee of RM 8.00 will be added only if the order subtotal is under RM 100.00.
5. Billing Discrepancies & Customer Support
If you notice any double charges, billing discrepancies, or unauthorized payments associated with your order, please do not hesitate to contact our billing support team via our official Contact Us page. We will investigate the issue and issue refunds where applicable within 24 hours.
